Code of Conduct

We believe that our members are responsible, respectful of others and motivated to promote and fulfil the aims and objectives of AWMH friends and the organisation(s) we support.

We therefore require our members to agree to and follow our Code of Conduct, as described below;

  1. As a representative of AWMH friends, your behaviour and communication should promote and maintain confidence and trust in our organisation and its work.
  2. Language or behaviour which could be seen as offensive or discriminatory will not be accepted or tolerated in any situation. This includes antisocial or other problematic behaviour.
  3. Working whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed. Alcohol may be enjoyed at a responsible level at appropriate times, such as during overnight stays but should not breach this code of conduct.
  4. Bullying or harassment of members or any other individual or organisations connected with AWMH friends is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
  5. A reasonable amount of participation in friends activies, such as business meetings or practical work is expected of members.
  6. During practical activity all health and safety instructions and procedures that have been put in place are to be followed explicitly.
  7. Failure to adhere to any part of the Code of Conduct will result in a formal warning with the option of your membership being revoked and you being asked to cease activity and association with AWMH friends.
